PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection structure capable of facilitating maintenance and inspection and ensuring high water-tightness even when a large relative displacement is generated in the horizontal direction and vertical direction.SOLUTION: A pipe connection structure installed between a foundation inner pipe of a plant building having a base-isolated structure and a building inner pipe, is configured so that cylindrical reinforced rubber rings each having a peripheral edge section on both end portions and each having an opening section at a center of both end portions are connected to each other and stacked one over another in the peripheral edge sections.
