FIREPROOF STRUCTURE OF OUTER WALL PANEL JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof structure of an outer wall panel joint in which the settling construction of a vertical joint of an outer wall panel and the installation of the outer wall panel can be constructed from the inside of the building, no-scaffolding construction becomes possible, the reduction of a construction period and cost can be expected, and fire resistance and water-tightness can be secured.SOLUTION: Two or more outer wall panels 22 arranged vertically are mounted to two or more furring strips 23 extending in the vertical direction at two or more places in the width direction of the back sides of the outer wall panels 22 to thereby form an outer wall panel unit 21. The outer wall panel units 21 are arranged in the panel width direction, and a joint fireproof structure of a vertical joint 35 between laterally adjacent outer wall panels 22, 22 in an outer wall is formed by multiple installations in a building structure. Each outer wall panel unit 21 has the side edge of the outer wall panel 22 laterally extended from the furring strip 23. A non-combustible insulation material 38 is disposed in the back side astride the vertical joint 35 between the outer wall panels 22, 22 in the laterally adjacent outer wall panel units 21, and sealing members 36, 37 are interposed in the vertical joint 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 外壁パネルの縦目地の納まり工事、及び外壁パネルの設置が建物の内部から施工出来て、無足場施工が可能となり、工期および費用の削減が期待でき、かつ耐火性および水密性が確保できるようにする。【解決手段】 上下に並ぶ複数枚の外壁パネル22を、この外壁パネル22の裏面の横幅方向の複数箇所で上下方向に延びる複数本の胴縁23に取付けて外壁パネルユニット21とする。この外壁パネルユニット21をパネル幅方向に並べて建物躯体に複数設置してなる外壁における左右に隣り合う外壁パネル22,22間の縦目地35の目地部耐火構造である。各外壁パネルユニット21は、外壁パネル22の側縁が胴縁23から側方に延出し、左右に隣り合う外壁パネルユニット21における外壁パネル22,22間の縦目地35に跨がって裏面に不燃断熱材38を配置し、縦目地35内には密封部材36,37を介在させる。【選択図】 図1
