BAG FILTER OF ASPHALT PLANT AND DEPOSITION PREVENTING METHOD FOR STICKY DUST
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag filter of an asphalt plant which can effectively prevent sticky dust produced by a waste material dryer although in a simple configuration from being deposited directly on the filter cloth surface of the bag filter and a deposition preventing method for sticky dust.SOLUTION: An asphalt plant with a fresh material dryer 1 and a waste material dryer 6 juxtaposed comprises: compressed air jet means 19, consisting of air pipelines 20a, 20b that jet compressed air toward non-sticky dust accumulated on the bottom part of a dust preserving hopper 18 inside the hopper 18 in the lower side of a bag filter 12, a compressor 22, a controller 25 and the like. When the waste material dryer 6 is to be operated singly, non-sticky dust on the bottom part of the dust preserving hopper 18 is swirled up by the compressed air jet means 19 to form a protection layer which makes the surface of the filter cloth 17 at an upper position of the hopper 18 absorb the same again and prevents sticky dust introduced out of the waste material dryer 6 from being deposited directly on the surface of the filter cloth 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 簡単な構成ながらも廃材ドライヤにて生じる粘着性ダストがバグフィルタのろ布表面に直接付着するのを効果的に防止できるアスファルトプラントのバグフィルタ及び粘着性ダストの付着防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】新材ドライヤ１と廃材ドライヤ６とを併設するアスファルトプラントにおいて、バグフィルタ１２下部側のダスト貯留用ホッパ１８の内部にはホッパ１８底部に堆積する非粘着性ダストに向けて圧縮空気を噴射する、エア配管２０ａ、２０ｂ、コンプレッサー２２、制御器２５等からなる圧縮空気噴射手段１９を備える。そして、廃材ドライヤ６を単独運転するときには、前記圧縮空気噴射手段１９にてホッパ１８底部の非粘着性ダストを舞い上げ、ホッパ１８上位のろ布１７表面に再吸着させ、廃材ドライヤ６から導出される粘着性ダストがろ布１７表面に直接付着するのを防止する保護層を形成させる。【選択図】 図１
