PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate ceramic capacitor inhibiting both of reduction of reliability by production of a Ni-Mg segregated phase and reduction of reliability by abnormal grain growth and high in reliability.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate ceramic capacitor 1 of which an internal electrode layer 12 is an electrode layer containing Ni and a dielectric ceramic layer contains a Ti-containing perovskite type compound, Ca, Mg, R, which is at least one kind of rare earth element La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y, M, which is at least one kind of Zr, Mn, Co, Fe, Cr, Cu, Al, V, Mo and W, and Si with a specific amounts of each element based on n100 pts.mol. of Ti amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
