PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition exhibiting high dielectric constant and resistance even at high temperature and exhibiting stable dielectric constant at DC voltage application.SOLUTION: There is provided a dielectric ceramic composition containing a main component having a tetragonal tungsten bronze structure represented by the general formula A(B1)(B2)O, where A contains Bi and Ba, B1 and B2 contain Zr and Nb, in which content of Bi is 4.95 to less than 50.50 mol% and Ba content is over 10.1 to 54.45 mol% when total of B1 and B2 is 100 mol%, A ratio to B1 and B2 is 0.594 to less than 0.606, and content of Zr is over 10 to less than 70 mol% and content of Nb is over 10 to less than 80 mol% when the whole is 100 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
