SAND COLLECTION PIPE CONDUIT INSTALLATION STRUCTURE IN SAND BASIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand collection pipe conduit installation structure capable of: reducing labor and cost for drilling and piping works; and shortening working time for running water through, shutting off water supply to and adjusting flow rates in respective pipe conduits with sand collection valves installed thereon.SOLUTION: A sand collection pipe conduit installation structure in a sand basin: connects pipe conduits leading to a water supply pump common to respective nozzles installed in a main trough and a plurality of areas separating a bottom surface of a sand basin and to nozzle headers; and has sand collection valves for running water through, stopping water supply to and adjusting flow rates in respective pipe conduits. The pipe conduits are: assembled in areas immediately below slots on a ceiling wall covering an upper surface of the sand basin; and upwardly extended through the slots to positions above the ceiling wall with the assembled pipe conduits in an aligned state. The sand collection valves are installed on the pipe conduits extended above the ceiling wall in the aligned state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】穿孔工事および配管工事の手間とコストの削減及び各管路に取付けられる集砂弁の通水・止水作業、流量調整作業の時間短縮が可能な集砂用管路の設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】沈砂池の主トラフと、沈砂池の底面を複数に区分された領域とに設けられた各ノズル及びノズルヘッダーに共通の給水ポンプに結合された管路を接続し、各管路に通水・止水及び流量調整のための集砂弁を備えた沈砂池における集砂用管路の設置構造において、全ての管路を沈砂池の上面を覆う天井壁に形成した細長い孔の直前に集合させ、その集合された管路を整列させた状態で前記孔に貫通して天井壁の上方まで延長し、天井壁の上方まで延長して整列されている管路のそれぞれに集砂弁を取付けた。【選択図】図5
