PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction performance.SOLUTION: An exchange method of a seismic isolator has: a removal process for removing an existing seismic isolator by jacking up an upper structure; a first bolt-fastening process for fixing one flange out of an upper flange and a lower flange to one of the upper structure and a lower structure by final-fastening either of an upper bolt or a lower bolt by installing a new seismic isolator; a position adjustment process for position-adjusting the other flange by making an engagement member engaged with a bolt hole of the other flange and by pushing or pulling the engagement member with the upper structure and the lower structure as pivots; a second bolt-fastening process for temporarily fixing the other flange to the other of the upper structure or the lower structure by temporarily fastening the other of the upper bolt or the lower bolt; and a third bolt-fastening process for final-fastening the other of the upper bolt or the lower bolt by jacking down the upper structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】施工性の改善を図る。【解決手段】上部構造体をジャッキアップして既存の免震装置を撤去する撤去工程と、新たな免震装置を設置して、上ボルト又は下ボルトの一方を本締めすることにより、上フランジと下フランジの何れか一方のフランジを上部構造体又は下部構造体の一方に固定する第１ボルト締め工程と、他方のフランジのボルト孔に係合部材を係合させて、上部構造体及び下部構造体を支点として、係合部材を押す、又は、引くことにより他方のフランジの位置調整をする位置調整工程と、上ボルト又は下ボルトの他方を仮締めして、他方のフランジを上部構造体又は下部構造体の他方に仮固定する第２ボルト締め工程と、上部構造体をジャッキダウンして、上ボルト又は下ボルトの他方を本締めする第３ボルト締め工程と、を有する。【選択図】図５
