PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin panel and a composite panel capable of drying the water in an emulsion-based adhesive in a shorter time than usual in use of the inexpensive emulsion-based adhesive.SOLUTION: A resin panel comprises a resin layer having a flat surface and a water-absorbing layer laminated on the surface of the resin layer. Plural recessed grooves are formed on the surface of the water-absorbing layer side of the resin layer, and at least one end of each recessed groove is opened on the side of the resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
