To provide a reinforcement member for a resin panel and a resin panel which enhance a strength against bending.SOLUTION: A reinforcement member 1 for a resin panel has: a first reinforcement plate-like part 1a which is welded to one surface of a first molten resin sheet 11 and has a hard plate material 2; a second reinforcement plate-like part 1b which is welded to other surface opposite to one surface in the first molten resin sheet 11 of a second molten resin sheet 12 forming a resin panel 10 by being welded to the first molten resin sheet 11 at a predetermined part, and has a hard plate material 12; and a connection part 3 for connecting the first reinforcement plate-like part 1a and the second reinforcement plate-like part 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
