PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray concrete excellent in quick setting property or initial strength development property even using a quick setting agent and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a spray concrete consisting a liquid quick setting agent mainly containing aluminum sulfate and a base concrete containing quick lime-based clinker composition, sodium aluminate, sodium carbonate and water reducing agent for cement and having the content of the quick lime-based clinker composition of 1 pts.mass to 5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement in the base concrete and the content of the sodium aluminate of 0.1 pts.mass to 1 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement in the base concrete and the content of sodium carbonate of 0.1 to 2 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement in the base cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】液体急結剤を用いても、急結性や初期強度発現性が優れる吹付コンクリート及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】硫酸アルミニウムを有効成分とする液体急結剤と、生石灰系クリンカ組成物、アルミン酸ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム及びセメント用減水剤を含有するベースコンクリートとからなる吹付コンクリートであって、該生石灰系クリンカ組成物の含有量がベースコンクリート中のセメント１００質量部に対して１質量部〜５質量部であり、該アルミン酸ナトリウムの含有量がベースコンクリート中のセメント１００質量部に対して０．１質量部〜１質量部であり、該炭酸ナトリウムの含有量がベースコンクリート中のセメント１００質量部に対して０．１〜２質量部であることを特徴とする吹付コンリート。【選択図】なし
