PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray concrete composition capable of shortening setting time while securing predetermined strength property without excessively increasing content of an accelerating agent and excellent in setting properties for overcoming a situation that the spray concrete generates rebound when a used amount of the accelerating agent is increased for strengthening adhesion to a drilling surface and application locations of a liquid accelerating agent are limited, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a spray concrete composition containing a curing accelerator, cement, an aggregate and an accelerating agent, wherein the curing accelerator contains calcium silicate hydrate. There is provided a spray concrete composition, wherein the accelerating agent is a powder mainly containing one or more kind selected from calcium aluminate, calcium sulfoaluminate and aluminum sulfate or an aqueous slurry mainly containing one or more kind selected from alkali metal silicate, alkali metal aluminate, alkali metal carbonate, alkali metal sulfate and aluminum sulfate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】吹き付けコンクリートは、掘削面への付着をより強固にするために、急結材の使用量を増加するとリバウンドを生じ、また、液状の急結剤は、適用箇所が限られる。急結材の含有量を過度に増加させずに、所要の強度特性を確保しつつ、凝結時間を短縮し得る、凝結性状に優れた吹付コンクリート組成物及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】硬化促進剤と、セメントと、骨材と、急結材とを含み、前記硬化促進剤が、ケイ酸カルシウム水和物を含有する吹付コンクリート組成物。前記急結材が、カルシウムアルミネート、カルシウムサルホアルミネート及び硫酸アルミニウム塩から選択される１種以上を主成分とする、粉体であるか、又は、ケイ酸アルカリ金属塩、アルミン酸アルカリ金属塩、炭酸アルカリ金属塩、硫酸アルカリ金属塩および硫酸アルミニウム塩から選択される１種以上を主成分とする水性スラリーである、吹付コンクリート組成物。【選択図】なし
