GROUND INJECTION DEVICE AND GROUND INJECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground injection method and a ground injection device that prevent mixing of an injection material discharged into a drilled hole from a discharging port of each injection capillary tube and leakage of the injection material above ground, at the same time causing the injection material to permeate into each stage inside a drilled hole wall.SOLUTION: A bundled injection tube 1 is inserted into a drilled hole A, and a gap between the bundled injection tube 1 and a drilled hole wall A1 is sealed by injecting a sealant B. An injection material is injected into each stage around the drilled hole wall, through the bundled injection tube 1. The bundled injection tube 1 is formed by bringing a plurality of injection capillary tubes 1a that have a discharging port 1b at a lower edge part together and bundling the injection capillary tubes, such that the discharging port 1b of each of the injection capillary tubes 1a is positioned at a different location in a tube axial direction. A prescribed section of each of the injection capillary tubes 1a is curved toward the drilled hole wall side for forming a seal packer C where the curved part 1c and the sealant B have solidified integrally, thus preventing leakage of the injection material discharged from the discharging port 1b of each of the injection capillary tubes 1a above ground along each of the injection capillary tubes 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各注入細管の吐出口から削孔内に吐出した注入材が削孔内で混合したり地上に流出したりするのを防止して、孔壁内の各ステージに浸透注入させるようにした地盤注入工法および地盤注入装置を提供する。【解決手段】削孔A内に結束注入管1を挿入し、結束注入管1と孔壁A1との間隙を、シール材Bを注入してシールする。結束注入管1を通して孔壁周囲の各ステージに注入材を注入する。結束注入管1は下端部に吐出口1bを有する複数の注入細管1aを各注入細管1aの吐出口1bが管軸方向の異なる位置にくるように互いに添い合わせ結束することにより構成する。各注入細管1aの所定区間を孔壁側に湾曲に変形させ、当該湾曲部1cとシール材Bが一体に固化したシールパッカーCを形成することにより、各注入細管1aの吐出口1bから吐出した注入材が各注入細管1aに沿って地上に流出しないようにする。【選択図】 図1
