GROUND INJECTION DEVICE AND GROUND INJECTION METHOD
To provide a ground injection device and a ground injection method which enable sure infiltration and solidification of a wide range of ground improvement such as improvement of water cutoff property of ground, an increase in strength and prevention of liquefaction without deviating in heterogeneous ground.SOLUTION: A ground injection device includes an injection outer pipe 4 and an injection inner pipe 5 which are installed in a drilled hole filled with a seal grout 3 and infiltrate and solidify an injection materiel into the ground in the periphery of a porous wall. In the injection outer pipe 4, the outer pipe discharge port is covered with a long elastic covering film 8 having a surface discharge part 7 in which a slit in a horizontal direction is distributed in a pipe axis direction, the injection inner pipe 5 includes one or a plurality of injection liquid flow channel, slides in the injection outer pipe 4, passes an injection liquid through an outer pipe discharge port 6, and injects the injection liquid into the ground. In the injection, the injection liquid pressed-in into the long elastic covering film 8 from the inner pipe discharge port 12 and the outer pipe discharge port 6 is swollen to the seal grout 3 by a surface pressure of the long elastic covering film 8, splits a predetermined length of the seal grout 3, passes from the slit through the cleavage, and is infiltrated and injected into the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】不均質な地盤において、地盤の止水性の向上、強度増大および液状化防止等の地盤改良を広範囲にかつ逸脱することなく確実な浸透固結を可能にするための地盤注入装置および地盤注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】シールグラウト3を充填した削孔内に設置して孔壁周囲の地盤中に注入材を浸透注入させるための注入外管4と注入内管5を備えている。注入外管4は管軸方向に水平方向のスリットが分布した表面吐出部7をもつ長尺弾性被覆膜8が外管吐出口を覆っており、注入内管5は一本ないし複数の注入液流路を備え注入外管4内を摺動して注入液を外管吐出口6を通して地盤に注入する。注入にあたっては内管吐出口12、外管吐出口6から長尺弾性被覆膜8内に圧入された注入液が長尺弾性被覆8の面圧によって、シールグラウト3に膨出してシールグラウト3を所定長割裂させて、スリットから割裂を通して地盤中に浸透注入する。【選択図】図5
