PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling method of a vertical circulation type multistory parking device capable of parking a high-roof car, and capable of also reducing cost by shortening time required for remodeling.SOLUTION: An upper sprocket 1 and a lower sprocket 2 are left by reusing, and a chief chain and at least one ordinary car mounting cage are removed, and a new chief chain 9 of equalizing a pitch between connection parts in connection both ends, also being the link number of at least one more than before remodeling in a connection relationship and having a connection unit of including one connection bracket, is wound between the upper sprocket 1 and the lower sprocket 2, and a high-roof mounting cage 12 corresponding to a high-roof car is connected to a connection bracket formed in the connection unit, and a support position of a rotary shaft in the lower sprocket 2 is raised in a level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ハイルーフ車の駐車が可能で、かつ改造に要する時間を短縮してコストを低減することができるようにした垂直循環式立体駐車装置の改造方法を提供する。【解決手段】上部スプロケット１および下部スプロケット２を再利用して残して主務チェーンおよび少なくとも一つの前記普通車搭載用ケージを取り外し、連結両端における連結部間ピッチを等しくし、かつ連結関係にある改造前よりも少なくとも一つ多いリンク数であると共に、一つの連結用ブラケットを含んだ連結単位を備えた新たな主務チェーン９を、上部スプロケット１および下部スプロケット２間に巻き掛け、連結単位に形成された連結用ブラケットにハイルーフ車に対応するハイルーフ車搭載用ケージ１２を連結し、下部スプロケット２における回転軸の支持位置を嵩上げする。【選択図】図６
