METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING COMBUSTIBLE SUBSTANCE
[Problem] To effectively use a combustible waste substance such as waste plastic, waste tires, chaff, wood shavings, PKS, RDF, or sludge while maintaining stable operation; to improve the combustion efficiency of a fossil fuel such as coal or coke; and furthermore to reduce the NOx concentration in a cement kiln exhaust gas. [Solution] An apparatus 1 for treating a combustible substance, the apparatus comprising: a mixing device 3 that mixes a combustible substance C with a preheating raw material R2, which has a temperature of 600-900°C inclusive and which is isolated from a preheater cyclone of a cement firing device 10, to form a gas; and a supply device 5 that supplies the gassified combustible substance and preheating raw material (mixed raw material M) from a kiln bottom 13a of the cement firing device to a calcining furnace 12 region. Moisture may be added during mixing of the combustible material with the preheating raw material to perform a water gassification reaction, and the resultant water gas and preheating raw material may be introduced from the kiln bottom of the cement firing device to the calcining furnace region.
La présente invention aborde le problème de l'utilisation efficace d'une substance de déchet combustible, comme des déchets de plastique, des pneus usés, des débris végétaux, des copeaux de bois, des coques de palmiste (PKS), du combustible dérivé de déchets (RDF), ou des boues, tout en maintenant un fonctionnement stable ; d'améliorer l'efficacité de combustion d'un combustible fossile, comme le charbon ou le coke ; et en outre de réduire la concentration en NOx dans un gaz d'échappement de four à ciment. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un appareil (1) de traitement d'une substance combustible, l'appareil comprenant : un dispositif de mélange (3) qui mélange une substance combustible C avec une matière première de préchauffage R2, qui présente une température de 600-900 °C inclus et qui est isolée d'un cyclone de préchauffeur d'un dispositif de cuisson de ciment (10), pour former un gaz ; et un dispositif d'alimentation (5) qui achemine la substance combustible gazéifiée et la matière première de préchauffage (matière première mélangée M) depuis un fond de four (13a) du dispositif de cuisson de ciment jusqu'à une région de four de calcination (12). De l'humidité peut être ajoutée pendant le mélange du matériau combustible avec la matière première de préchauffage pour effectuer une réaction de gazéification à l'eau, et le gaz à l'eau obtenu et la matière première de préchauffage peuvent être introduits depuis le fond de four du dispositif de cuisson de ciment jusqu'à la région de four de calcination.
【課題】安定運転を維持しながら、廃プラスチック、廃タイヤ、もみがら、木屑、ＰＫＳ、ＲＤＦ、汚泥等の可燃性廃棄物を有効利用すると共に、石炭、コークス等の化石燃料の燃焼効率を向上させ、さらにセメントキルン排ガス中のＮＯｘ濃度を低減する。 【解決手段】可燃物Ｃをセメント焼成装置１０のプレヒータサイクロンから分取した６００℃以上９００℃以下の予熱原料Ｒ２と混合してガス化する混合装置３と、ガス化した可燃物及び予熱原料（混合原料Ｍ）をセメント焼成装置の窯尻１３ａから仮焼炉１２の領域に供給する供給装置５とを備える可燃物の処理装置１。可燃物を予熱原料と混合する際に水分を添加して水性ガス化反応を行い、生じた水性ガス及び予熱原料をセメント焼成装置の窯尻から仮焼炉の領域に導入してもよい。
