EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION DEVICE FOR BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that a conventional expansion and contraction device is criticized by some people because complaints about traveling property of a vehicle, vibration, noise and the like due to a recess at a gap of joint part depending of a type of the device and degradation in a shoe seat environment due to earth and sand as well as rainwater flowing in from the joint part, are caused.SOLUTION: Though a comb-like expansion and contraction device which is conventionally used has a structure of receiving all of wheel loads of a vehicle, a structure of an expansion and contraction device for a bridge, which is provided in this invention is the one in which the comb-type expansion and contraction device is used as a pedestal base, and on its face plate, a wedge-like slide plate made of hard rubber is made to be freely expanded and contracted, and no gap is caused on a traveling road surface, and a large amount of elastic system asphalt pavement is used for attaching the joint part to enable unity with the elastic system, and thus the problem can be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 従来の伸縮装置は、形式によって継手部の隙間の凹みで、車両の走行性、振動、騒音等の苦情、継手部から流入する土砂や雨水による沓座環境の悪化などが生じ、一部で批判を受ける状況にある。【解決の手段】 従来から使用されている櫛形伸縮装置は、車両の輪荷重のすべてを受ける構造であるが、今回提供する構造は、この伸縮装置を台座としてそのフェースプレート上には、硬質ゴム系の楔状スライド板を自在に拡縮させ、走路面に隙間が生じない構造とするとともに、継手部の取付には、弾性系のアスファルト舗装が多く使用されていることから、先に述べた弾性系との統一が可能となり課題を低減できる橋梁用伸縮装置である。【選択図】図3
