SAND REMOVAL METHOD OF SAND SEDIMENTATION POND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize low pressure water supplied from a water supply pump for sand collection and sand removal, in a sand removal method of a low pressure sand collection system.SOLUTION: In a sand removal method of a sand sedimentation pond for collecting and removing sand precipitated on its bottom surface in a sand collection pit, by discharging low pressure water supplied from a water supply pump to its bottom surface from a sand collection nozzle, when the bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond exists in a water discharge state, a switching valve for the sand collection nozzle is provided in a pipeline for joining the water supply pump and the sand collection nozzle, and one end of a relief circuit is connected between the water supply pump and the switching valve for the sand collection nozzle, and a switching valve for the relief circuit is provided in its relief circuit, and the switching valve for the sand collection nozzle and the switching valve for the relief circuit are simultaneously opened in sand removal operation, and water from the water supply pump is supplied to the other end of the sand collection nozzle and the relief circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】低圧集砂方式の除砂方法において、給水ポンプから供給される低圧力水を集砂および除砂に有効に活用する。【解決手段】沈砂池の底面が排水状態にあるときに、給水ポンプから供給される低圧力水を集砂ノズルからその底面に吐出させ、その底面に沈殿している砂を集砂ピットに集めて排除する沈砂池の除砂方法において、給水ポンプと集砂ノズルを結合する管路に集砂ノズル用切換弁を設け、給水ポンプと集砂ノズル用切換弁との間にリリーフ回路の一端を接続するとともに、そのリリーフ回路にリリーフ回路用切換弁を設け、集砂ノズル用切換弁とリリーフ回路用切換弁とを除砂動作中に同時に開けて給水ポンプからの水を、集砂ノズルとリリーフ回路の他端に給水するようにした。【選択図】図12
