SUBSIDENCE PREVENTION METAL FITTING FOR GATE DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subsidence prevention metal fitting for a gate door that enables height adjustment at will, prevents displacement of a mounted member, and has an excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A subsidence prevention metal fitting for a gate door includes a mounting member 1 disposed between an undersurface of an opening end of a gate door and a top surface of a foundation, a filler material 4, and a screw 5 screwed into the mounting member 1 through the opening end and the filler material 4. A height of the filler material and the mounting member overlapped thereon equals an interval between the undersurface of the opening end and the top surface of the foundation. For preventing subsidence of the gate door due to a snow load, the filler material is tucked between the undersurface of the opening end and the top surface of the mounting member, the screw is inserted into the opening end and the mounting member and screwed into the mounting member, thus fixing the mounting member on the undersurface of the opening end with the filler material in between. When subsidence of the gate door due to a snow load is no longer a concern, the filler material is shifted to a top surface of the opening end, the screw is inserted through the filler material and the opening end and screwed into the mounting member, thus directly fixing the mounting member on the undersurface of the opening end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高さ調整が自由に行え、載置部材の位置ずれがおこらず、外観に優れた門扉沈下防止金具を提供する。【解決手段】門扉の開放端の下面と基礎の上面との間に配される載置部材1と、間隔材4と、開放端および間隔材4を通って、載置部材1に螺合するねじ5とからなり、間隔材と載置部材とを重ね合せた高さは、開放端の下面と基礎の上面との間の間隔と等しく、積雪荷重による門扉の沈下を防止する際には、間隔材を開放端の下面と載置部材の上面との間に挟み込んで、ねじを前記開放端と載置部材とに挿通し、載置部材に螺合させて、載置部材を間隔材を介して前記開放端の下面に固定し、積雪荷重による門扉の沈下の恐れがなくなった際には、間隔材を開放端の上面に移し、ねじを間隔材と開放端とに挿通し、載置部材に螺合させて、載置部材を前記開放端の下面に直接、固定する。【選択図】図1
