PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high electrical resistant high zirconia electric melting cast refractory which is little cracked during production and temperature rising, excellent in productivity, and having long term durability even when used as a single refractory or contacting with a molten glass.SOLUTION: The high zirconia electric melting cast refractory having high electrical property at a high temperature is provided that contains ZrOof 85 to 95 wt.%, AlOof 0.1 and less than 0.8 wt.%, SiOof 3.5 to 10.0 wt.%, total of NaO and KO of less than 0.05 wt.%, BOof 0.1 to 1.5 wt.%, MgO of 0.1 wt.% or less, CaO of 0.01 to 0.2 wt.%, for BaO and SrO, BaO of 0.05 to 3.0 wt.% or SrO of 0.01 to 3.0 wt.% or in the case containing both, SrO of 0.01 wt.% or more and the total of SrO and BaO of 0.01 to 3.0 wt.%, SnOof 0.1 to 0.7 wt.%, the total of FeOand TiOof 0.3 wt.% or less, POof less than 0.01 wt.%, CuO of less than 0.01 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造時及び昇温時の割れが少なく、生産性に優れ、耐火物単体でも、溶融ガラスと接触した場合でも、長期間の耐久性を備えた高電気抵抗高ジルコニア電気溶融鋳造耐火物の提供。【解決手段】ZrO2が85〜95重量%、Al2O3が0.1〜0.8重量%未満、SiO2が3.5〜10.0重量%、Na2OとK2Oの合計が0.05重量%未満、B2O3が0.1〜1.5重量%、MgOが0.1重量%以下、CaOが0.01〜0.2重量%、BaOとSrOに関しては、BaOが0.05〜3.0重量%、又は、SrOが0.01〜3.0重量%、双方含む時は、SrOが0.01重量%以上でSrOとBaOの合計が0.01〜3.0重量%、SnO2が0.1〜0.7重量%、Fe2O3とTiO2の合計が0.3重量%以下、P2O5が0.01重量%未満、CuOが0.01重量%未満であり、高温での高電気特性を有する高ジルコニア電気溶融鋳造耐火物。【選択図】図1
