COATING DEVICE FOR LIQUID MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device for a liquid material capable of thermally insulating a building wall inexpensively and easily and capable of obtaining the thermally insulated building wall excellent in fireproof performance.SOLUTION: A coating device for a liquid material comprises: a powder mixer 34 mixing powdery phosphoric acid-based agent and powdery expansible graphite; a liquid blending tank 35 blending the mixture of the phosphoric acid-based agent and expansible graphite in a polyol; a liquid mixture injection machine 36 preparing the liquid material by blending a mixture of the phosphoric acid-based agent, expansible graphite and polyol with isocyanate; a nozzle 40 feeding the liquid material blended in the liquid mixture injection machine 36; and an air compressor 41 feeding a compressed air to the nozzle 40. The liquid material is coated on the surface a building wall using the coating device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】建物壁をコスト安く、簡単な作業で断熱化できると共に、断熱化した建物壁の防火性能が優れたものにできる液状材の塗布装置とする。【解決手段】粉状のリン酸系剤と粉状の膨張性黒鉛を混合する紛体混合機３４と、混合したリン酸系剤と膨張性黒鉛をポリオールに混合する液体混合タンク３５と、前記リン酸系剤と膨張性黒鉛とポリオールの混合物とイソシアネートを混合して液状材とする液体混合注入機３６と、前記液体混合注入機３６で混合した液状材が供給されるノズル４０と、前記ノズル４０に圧縮した空気を送るエアコンプレッサー４１を具備し、建物壁の壁面に前記液状材を塗布するようにした液状材の塗布装置。【選択図】図７
