FUNCTIONAL HYDRAULIC INORGANIC PARTICLE AND HYDRAULIC PARTICLE CONTAINING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: functional hydraulic inorganic particles capable of easily providing a hydraulic composition excellent both in fluidity and clay resistance; and hydraulic particles containing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided functional hydraulic inorganic particles which contain hydraulic inorganic particles and satisfy the following conditions (I) and (II): (I) for a mortar composition comprising 225 pts.mass of water and 1350 pts.mass of standard sands based on 450 pts.mass of functional hydraulic inorganic particles, a ratio (F0/F2) between a 15-tap flow value (F0) determined by JIS R5201 and a 15-tap flow value (F1) of a mortar composition prepared in the same manner after heating the functional hydraulic inorganic particles at 550°C is 1.1 or more and (II) a ratio (F0/F2) between a 15-tap flow value (F0) under the above condition and a 15-tap flow value (F1) determined in the same manner as the 15-tap flow value (F0) except that 0.2 pts.mass of clay is contained based on 100 pts.mass of standard sands is 1.2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】流動性及び耐クレイ性のいずれにも優れる水硬性組成物を容易に与えることができる機能性水硬性無機粒子、及び、これを含む水硬性粒子を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】水硬性無機粒子を含み、かつ下記条件(I)及び(II)を満たす機能性水硬性無機粒子。(I)機能性水硬性無機粒子450質量部に対し、水225質量部及び標準砂1350質量部を含むモルタル組成物について、JIS R5201にて求められる15打フロー値(F0)と、機能性水硬性無機粒子を550℃で加熱後に同様に調製したモルタル組成物の15打フロー値(F1)との比(F0/F1)が1.1以上である。(II)前記条件(I)下での15打フロー値(F0)と、クレイを標準砂100質量部に対して0.2質量部含むこと以外は前記15打フロー値(F0)と同様にして求められる15打フロー値(F2)との比(F0/F2)が1.2以下である。【選択図】なし
