The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a functional particle loaded skin-core structure hydraulic organic-inorganic composite material. The composite material is prepared by the following steps: dissolving an organic polymer material in a solvent, then adding functional particles to obtain an organic polymer solution with the functional particles, then dispersing inorganic particles into a part of the organic polymer solution to obtain a blended solution, and carrying out melt extrusion on the blended solution to obtain the composite material. And preparing gel with a skin-core structure by using the blended solution and the organic polymer solution with the functional particles as a skin layer solution and a core layer solution respectively through a coaxial spinning technology, and drying the gel to obtain the hydraulic organic-inorganic composite material with the functional particle loaded skin-core structure. By introducing the functional particles, the structure of the organic polymer solution can be regulated and controlled, the conformation and tissue state of a polymer chain can be influenced, the prepared material can transmit specific physical, chemical or biological functions, and the composite material is endowed with special functional application.
本发明公开了一种功能性粒子负载的皮芯结构水硬性有机‑无机复合材料的制备方法及应用。该复合材料是将有机高分子材料溶解在溶剂中,再加入功能性粒子,得到具有功能性粒子的有机高分子溶液,然后将无机物颗粒分散至部分有机高分子溶液中,得到共混溶液,再将共混溶液、具有功能性粒子的有机高分子溶液分别作为皮层溶液、芯层溶液通过同轴纺丝技术制备具有皮芯结构的凝胶,凝胶烘干后得到具有功能性粒子负载皮芯结构水硬性有机‑无机复合材料。本发明通过功能性粒子的引入,可调控有机高分子溶液的结构,影响聚合物链的构象和组织状态,且能够使得制备的材料能够传递其特定的物理、化学或生物功能,赋予了复合材料特殊的功能性应用。
