ELECTRONIC KEY REGISTRATION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic key registration system capable of implementing optimum security for key registration.SOLUTION: An electronic key 2 has a plurality of registration codes C to be used at the time of registering the electronic key 2 with a vehicle 1 (collation ECU 4). Online registration is in a registration mode in which high security is secured; in registering the electronic key 2 with the vehicle 1 by using the online registration, a second registration code C2 whose available ECU is not limited is used. Offline registration is in a registration mode in which security is low; in registering the electronic key 2 with the vehicle 1 by using the offline registration, a first registration code C1 by which only registration with a specific ECU is possible is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】キー登録の最適なセキュリティを実現することができる電子キー登録システムを提供する。【解決手段】電子キー２は、電子キー２を車両１（照合ＥＣＵ４）に登録するときに使用する登録コードＣを複数備える。オンライン登録は、高いセキュリティが確保された登録態様である。よって、電子キー２をオンライン登録によって車両１に登録するときには、利用できるＥＣＵを限定していない第２登録コードＣ２を使用する。オフライン登録は、セキュリティが低い登録態様である。よって、電子キー２をオフライン登録によって車両１に登録するときには、特定のＥＣＵのみへ登録することが可能な第１登録コードＣ１を使用する。【選択図】図１
