GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel ground improvement device capable of establishing an improvement body equivalent to a conventional one.SOLUTION: A ground improvement device comprises: a casing pipe (CP), which can discharge an improvement material in a state where the casing pipe is penetrated in the ground; a screw-type bottom claw, which adds downward stress to the improvement material discharged from a lower end of the CP and moves the improvement material outward; a revolving movable claw, which is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the CP lower end side and can expand and shrink; an inner screw to facilitate discharge of the improvement material; and a corotation prevention blade, which prevents corotation of the improvement material discharged from the CP. The screw-type bottom claw integrally rotates with the CP. The movable claw moves the ground in a range corresponding to an improvement diameter when the CP is pulled out. When the movable claw is positioned at an expanded diameter position, it induces the material discharged from a lower end opening of the CP to the bottom claw. Thus, the ground improvement device can establish a compaction pile equivalent to a conventional one without using a rotary driving device for an inner screw as in a conventional technology.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】従来と同等の改良体を造成できる新たな地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良装置は、地盤に貫入させた状態で改良材を排出可能なケーシングパイプ(CP)と、CP下端から排出された改良材に対して下向きの応力を加えるとともに、該改良材を外側方向に移動させるスクリュータイプの底面爪と、CPの下端側外周面に設けられた拡縮可能な回動式の可動爪と、改良材の排出を促すためのインナースクリューと、CPから排出された改良材の共回りを防止する共回り防止翼を有する。スクリュータイプの底面爪はCPと一体回転する。可動爪は、CP引き抜き時に改良径に相当する範囲の地盤を移動させる。また可動爪は、拡径位置にあるときに、CP下端開口部から排出された材料を底面爪の方へ誘導する。このような構成により、従来技術のようにインナースクリュー用の回転駆動装置などを設けなくても、従来と同等の締固め杭を造成できる。【選択図】図9
