INSTALLATION METHOD OF BASE PLATE OF SEISMIC ISOLATOR AND BASE PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of adjusting the height of a base plate from the upper side of the base plate.SOLUTION: The installation method of a base plate of seismic isolator includes the steps of: forming a screw hole which communicates with a round-head long nut in an anchor plate under the round long nut placed beneath the bottom face of a base plate; screwing in the hexagon socket bolt into the screw hole; fixing a setting plate to the front end of the hexagon socket bolt; placing the setting plate on a foundation plate which is placed on a concrete foundation; adjusting the height of the setting plate by inserting a hexagon socket wrench onto the head of the hexagon socket bolt through the round-head long nut; and fixing the setting plate and the foundation plate by means of welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ベースプレートの上面側からベースプレートの高さを調整できる手段を開発する。【解決手段】ベースプレート下面に設けた丸長ナット下部の定着プレートに、丸長ナットに連通するネジ穴を設け、該ネジ穴に六角穴ボルトを通して螺合し、該六角穴ボルトの先端に設置プレートを固定し、コンクリート基礎上に設けられた基礎プレート上に設置プレートを載せ、丸長ナットを通して六角穴ボルト頭部に六角穴レンチを挿入して設置プレートの高さ調整を行って、設置プレートと基礎プレートを溶接で固定する免震装置ベースプレート取付方法。【選択図】図３
