To provide a base plate installation method of a seismic isolation device which facilitates leveling without being affected by unevenness and inclination of a foundation installation surface, and enables a base plate to be easily and accurately installed.SOLUTION: An installation method of a base plate 10 in a seismic isolation device includes: a pedestal fixing step of fixing a mounting pedestal 16 to a main reinforcement 52 of a lower skeleton 50 of the seismic isolation device; a bolt mounting step of mounting a bolt 14 for adjusting in contact with the base plate 10 on the mounting pedestal 16; a leveling step of adjusting a height of the bolt 14 for adjusting with respect to the mounting pedestal 16 and leveling the base plate 10; and a fixing step of fixing the bolt 14 for adjusting to the mounting pedestal 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基礎打設面の凹凸や傾きに影響されず、レベル出しが容易である上、ベースプレートを簡易かつ精度良く設置することのできる免震装置のベースプレート据付方法を提供する。【解決手段】免震装置におけるベースプレート１０の据付方法であって、免震装置の下部躯体５０の主筋５２に載置台座１６を固定する台座固定工程と、ベースプレート１０に接する調整用ボルト１４を載置台座１６に載置するボルト載置工程と、載置台座１６に対する調整用ボルト１４の高さ調整を行い、ベースプレート１０のレベル出しを行うレベル出し工程と、調整用ボルト１４を載置台座１６に固定する固定工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
