PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail member and a mounting structure of a rail member which can be mounted easily and in good appearance with respect to an existing upper frame material in which a wide recess groove according to the existing rail member is provided.SOLUTION: At a rail member 1 which is mounted so as to be embedded in a recess groove 3 of an existing upper frame material 2 from which an existing rail member has been removed, a guide groove 10 is provided which opens downward and which has a groove width dimension W3 which is smaller than a guide groove opening downward and provided at the existing rail member. The rail member includes: a pair of flange-like piece parts 16, 16 protruding respectively to the outside in a groove width direction from a lower end part of both side wall parts 14, 14 for partitioning the guide groove, and coming into contact with a lower surface of the upper frame material so as to cover each opening edge on both sides in the groove width direction of the recess groove; and a pair of contact piece parts 18, 18 protruding respectively to the outside in the groove width direction from the position at an interval on the upper side of the pair of flange-like piece parts on both side wall parts, and coming into contact with each inner side surface on both sides in the groove width direction of the recess groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設レール部材に応じた幅広な凹溝が設けられた既設の上枠材に対して、見栄え良くかつ簡易に取り付け得るレール部材及びレール部材の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】既設レール部材が取り外された既設の上枠材２の凹溝３に埋め込まれるように取り付けられるレール部材１には、既設レール部材に設けられた下向きに開口するガイド溝よりも小さい溝幅寸法Ｗ３の下向きに開口するガイド溝１０が設けられており、ガイド溝を区画する両側壁部１４，１４の下端部から溝幅方向外方側に向けてそれぞれに突出し、凹溝の溝幅方向両側の各開口縁を覆うように上枠材の下面に当接される一対の鍔状片部１６，１６と、両側壁部における一対の鍔状片部の上方側の間隔を空けた位置から溝幅方向外方側に向けてそれぞれに突出し、凹溝の溝幅方向両側の各内側面に当接される一対の当接片部１８，１８を備える。【選択図】図１
