PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure quality of coating.SOLUTION: In a coating device, storage means, fixed volume supply means, heating means and paint cleaner supply means are dispersively arranged in a plurality of carriages in which the length of the longest part is the length capable of being carried in and out of a manhole for work, and can be carried in and out of the manhole for the work, and a carriage of a first car from the traction direction by an operator which is mounted with the storage means, carriages of second and third cars respectively mounted with either of the fixed volume supply means and the paint cleaner supply means and a carriage of a fourth car mounted with the heating means are connected by connection means, and a coating operator (84) manually sprays and coats an inner surface of a pipe 10 in the rear of the carriage of the fourth car, an operator (86) operates the heating means in the vicinity of the carriage 60 of the fourth car, and an operator (88) pulls the carriage 30 of the first car so as to be movable in the pipe 10, and the carriage 100 for arranging flow rate measurement means (110) for respectively measuring a flow rate of a main agent and a hardening agent is also connectably-separably provided to the carriage 60 for arranging the heating means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】塗装の品質の確保を可能にする。【解決手段】貯留手段、定量供給手段、加温手段、塗料洗浄剤供給手段が、最長部の長さが、作業用人孔から搬出入が可能な長さである複数の台車に分散配置され、作業用人孔から搬出入が可能であるとともに、貯留手段が搭載された作業者による牽引方向から1両目の台車と、定量供給手段と塗料洗浄剤供給手段のいずれかが搭載された2、3両目の台車と、加温手段が搭載された4両目の台車が連結手段で連結されて、該4両目の台車の後方で塗装作業者(84)が配管10内面を手動で吹付け塗装し、4両目の台車60の近傍で作業者(86)が加温手段を操作し、1両目の台車30を作業者(88)が引っ張ることによって配管10内を移動可能な塗装装置であり、更に、主剤と硬化剤の流量をそれぞれ計測するための流量計測手段(110)が配置された台車100が、加温手段が配置された台車60に対して接続/分離可能に設けられている。【選択図】図7
