To provide a metal pipe inner surface coating method which restricts surging of coating silica sand and permits fine adjustment of feeding amount to the utmost when powder paint and silica sand are sprayed onto an inner circumferential surface of a pipe body.SOLUTION: In a metal pipe inner surface coating method, with respect to coating to a metal pipe inner surface, powder paint is sprayed and applied onto a metal pipe inner surface via a nozzle, silica sand is sprayed onto the applied powder paint via the nozzle 5b and is mixed according to air force feeding avia an injector 13, silica sand is stored in a pressure tank 12, silica sand is fed into the injector 13 by means of a screw feeder 21 from the pressure tank 12 and the screw feeder 21 performs fine-tuning of the delivery amount according to the number of rotation of the screw and stably feeds silica sand to the injector 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粉体塗料及び珪砂を管体の内周面に吹き付ける際に、塗装珪砂の脈動を抑制し、送り出し量の微調整が極力可能となる金属管内面塗装方法の提供。【解決手段】金属管内面に粉体塗料をノズルを介し吹き付けて塗装し、その塗装された粉体塗料の上に、珪砂をインジェクタ13を介した空気圧送a2によりノズル5bを介し吹き付けて混合させる金属管内面への塗装であって、珪砂は加圧タンク12に貯留され、その加圧タンク12からスクリューフィーダ21によってインジェクタ13に珪砂が送り込まれ、スクリューフィーダ21はそのスクリューの回転数によって送り出し量の微調整をおこない、インジェクタ13への珪砂を安定して送り込む、金属管内面塗装方法。【選択図】図1
