PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of a worker who works around a construction machine.SOLUTION: When a worker 280 who wears an IC tag 260 emitting an electric wave in response to a magnetic field comes into the magnetic field (predetermined range A) generated by a magnetic field generation device 220 mounted on a tire roller 100 with a negative brake, an emergency shutdown device shuts down an engine of the tire roller 100 by detecting the electric wave emitted from the IC tag 260. When the engine of the tire roller 100 is shut down, the negative brake is operated to immediately stop the tire roller 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】建設機械の周囲で作業している作業者の安全を確保する。【解決手段】ネガティブブレーキを備えたタイヤローラ１００に設置された磁界発生装置２２０が発生する磁界（所定範囲Ａ）内に、磁界に呼応して電波を発信するＩＣタグ２６０を装着した作業者２８０が侵入したときに、ＩＣタグ２６０から発信された電波を検知して、タイヤローラ１００のエンジンを停止させる。タイヤローラ１００のエンジンが停止すると、ネガティブブレーキが作動し、タイヤローラ１００が即時停止する。【選択図】図９
