MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CASTING MOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a mold having an improved high-temperature strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a mold includes: a formed body forming process in which slurry containing binder 63 is applied onto a casting wax pattern 21, and non-oxide type ceramic material 61 is attached as stucco material onto the surface of the slurry to obtain a formed body; and a heat treatment process in which the formed body is heat-treated in an oxygen-containing environment to obtain a mold 1. In the heat treatment process, heating is performed up to such a temperature that the non-oxide type ceramic material 61 produces a liquid phase on the surface and forms an adhesive layer 51 with the binder 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高温強度が向上した鋳型の製造方法を提供する【解決手段】鋳造用ろう型21にバインダー63を含むスラリーを塗布して、前記スラリーの表面にスタッコ材として非酸化物系セラミック材61を付着させて成形体を得る成形体形成工程と、前記成形体を酸素含有雰囲気下において熱処理して鋳型1を得る熱処理工程とを行う。前記熱処理工程において、前記非酸化物系セラミック材61が表面に液相を生成して、前記バインダー63との密着層51を形成する温度まで加熱する。【選択図】図2
