SLIDING SURFACE STRUCTURE BETWEEN BOTTOM SLAB AND EXTENDED FLOOR SLAB, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding surface structure between a bottom slab and an extended floor slab that offers high workability and improved durability.SOLUTION: A sliding surface structure of an extended floor slab includes a bottom slab 1 formed above a bridge abutment 61 and an earthwork section 62, an extended floor slab 2 connected to an existing floor slab 64 of a bridge 63 and extending toward an earthwork section 62 side from an edge part of the bridge 63, a slidable rubber plate 3 disposed between the bottom slab 1 and the extended floor slab 2 as a sliding surface of the extended floor slab 2, and a fall-off prevention member 4 for preventing fall-off of the rubber plate 3 from the extended floor slab 2. Hard rubber of a hardness between about 60 and 90 is used, for example, with the rubber plate 3. A light-weight and highly workable resin member, for example a foam polyethylene plate, is used with the fall-off prevention member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性に優れ、かつ耐久性を向上させることができる、底版と延長床版とのすべり面構造を提供する。【解決手段】延長床版のすべり面構造は、橋台61および土工部62の上に形成された底版1と、橋梁63の既設床版64に連結され、橋梁63の端部から土工部62側へ延びる延長床版2と、延長床版2のすべり面として底版1と延長床版2との間に配置された摺動性を有するゴム板3と、ゴム板3の延長床版2からの抜け落ちを防止するための抜け防止部材4と、を備えている。ゴム板3には、例えば、硬度60〜90程度の硬質ゴムが用いられる。抜け防止部材4には、軽量で加工性のよい樹脂部材、例えば、発砲ポリエチレン板が用いられる。【選択図】図1
