PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional panel arrangement structure that enables suitable maintenance with many functional panels installed on a roof surface.SOLUTION: A solar panel arrangement structure A is constituted by arranging panel arrays R, formed by connecting a plurality of solar panels 50, on a flat roof 3 in a plurality of stages, and has an east-west passage P1 formed between the plurality of panel arrays R and also has an end panel array (for example, a front-end panel array Rf) as at least one of panel arrays R arranged at both ends arranged along an outer peripheral edge 4 of the flat roof 3, a width W1 between the panel array R arranged along the outer peripheral edge 4 and the outer peripheral edge 4 being smaller than a width W2 of the east-west passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
