BLOCK INSTALLATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block installation device whose structure is simplified and which is easily used.SOLUTION: A truck movable forward and backward includes a left lifting part 3 and a right lifting part 4, and uses a space between the left and right lifting parts as a block arrangement space 5 where a block 51 with crossbars 53 attached to the left and right is positioned. The left lifting part and the right lifting part are provided with a bar reception part 13, and the left and right crossbars are arranged over the left and right bar reception parts. The truck can be lifted or lowered. The truck is lifted, the left and right crossbars of the block in the block arrangement space are mounted on the left and right reception parts to lift up the block, and the truck is moved forward in this lifted-up state to carry the lifted up block forward. The truck is stopped at an installation position and is lowered down, the lifted-up block is lowered down, the left and right bar reception parts are separated downward from the left and right crossbars of the block, the block is placed at the installation position, the truck is moved backward in this lowered-down state, the truck is retreated backward from the block at the installation position, and the block is left behind at the installation position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 ブロック据付装置において、構造を簡単にして使用し易くする。【解決手段】 前進又は後進可能な台車１は左側持上げ部３と右側持上げ部４を設け、それらの間を、横棒５３を左右に取り付けたブロック５１を位置させるブロック配置空間５にする。左側持上げ部と右側持上げ部に棒受部１３を設け、左右の棒受部の上側にブロックの左右の横棒を配置する構成にする。台車は上昇又は下降可能にする。台車を上昇させ、左右の棒受部にブロック配置空間のブロックの左右の横棒を載せてブロックを持ち上げ、この上昇状態で台車を前進させ、持上げ中のブロックを前方へ運ぶ。据付位置で台車を停止させて下降させ、持上げ中のブロックを下ろし、左右の棒受部をブロックの左右の横棒から下側に離し、ブロックを据付位置に置き、この下降状態で台車を後進させ、台車を据付位置のブロックから後方に退かせ、ブロックを据付位置に残置する。【選択図】 図４
