INSTALLATION OF BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an installation method of a rear side temporary placing type with respect to various kinds of blocks.SOLUTION: A block installation device is configured to hold blocks under a block holding part 2, where a first rear wheel 11 and a second rear wheel 21 are mounted on a rear wheel part 1, the second rear wheel is vertically movable by link mechanisms 22, 23, a block waiting for installation is temporarily placed on a foundation surface of the rear side, the second rear wheel is moved rearward by inverse rotation of the first rear wheel and put on the block, the first rear wheel is made higher than the second rear wheel by the downward operation of the second rear wheel, the second rear wheel is moved rearward by the rotation of the second rear wheel to reach a rear end of the block, the first rear wheel is put on the block by the upward operation of the second rear wheel, the first rear wheel is moved rearward by the inverse rotation of the first rear wheel to reach the rear end of the block, the second rear wheel is moved downward and put on the foundation surface, the first rear wheel is floated from the block by the further downward operation of the second rear wheel, the rear wheel part is moved rearward by the rotation of the second rear wheel so as to pass through an upper side of the block, the block holding part is positioned at the upper side of the block, and the first rear wheel is put down on the foundation surface by the upward operation of the second rear wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 各種のブロックについて後側仮置式の据付方法を実現する。【解決手段】 ブロック据付装置は、ブロック保持部２下側にブロックを保持する構成にし、後輪部１に第１後輪１１と第２後輪２１を取り付け、第２後輪をリンク機構２２、２３で上下動可能にし、後側の基礎面に据付待ちのブロックを仮置きし、第１後輪の逆転で後進させて第２後輪をブロックに乗せ、第２後輪の下動作動で第１後輪を第２後輪より高くし、第２後輪の回転で後進させて第２後輪をブロック後端に到着させ、第２後輪の上動作動で第１後輪をブロックに乗せ、第１後輪の逆転で後進させて第１後輪をブロック後端に到着させ、第２後輪を下動して基礎面に下ろし、第２後輪の更なる下動作動で第１後輪をブロックから浮かせ、第２後輪の回転で後進させて後輪部をブロックの上側を通過させ、ブロック保持部をブロックの上側に位置させ、第２後輪の上動作動で第１後輪を基礎面に下ろす。【選択図】 図１
