CONCRETE STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure manufacturing method with improved work efficiency, which more definitely carries out concrete cure at joint part of a curing sheet.SOLUTION: A concrete structure manufacturing method comprises: an installation process to install concrete in a state where a curing sheets 10, 12 are attached to an inner surface of a frame mold 5 for concrete installation; a form removal process to remove the frame mold 5 after installing concrete; and a curing process to cure the concrete for a predetermined period by leaving the curing sheets 10, 12 on the concrete surface after the form removal process. According to this manufacturing method, when the curing sheets 10, 12 are attached to the inner surface of the frame mold 5, a clearance 11 between the adjacent curing sheets 10, 12 is covered by a belt-like joint sheet 20. The joint sheet 20 is bonded to marginal parts 10c, 12c on the respective joint sides of the curing sheets 10, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 養生シートの継目部分のコンクリート養生をより確実に行うと共に、作業効率を向上させたコンクリート構造物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 コンクリート構造物の製造方法は、コンクリート打設用の型枠５の内面に養生シート１０，１２が貼付けされた状態でコンクリートの打設を行う打設工程と、コンクリートの打設後に型枠５を脱型する脱型工程と、脱型工程の後に養生シート１０，１２をコンクリートの表面に残置させて、コンクリートを所定期間養生する養生工程と、を備えている。この製造方法では、養生シート１０，１２を型枠５の内面に貼付けする際、隣接する養生シート１０，１２間の隙間１１が帯状の継目用シート２０によって覆われ、継目用シート２０が養生シート１０，１２それぞれの継目側の縁部１０ｃ，１２ｃに接着される。【選択図】図３
