PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic fiber-containing lightweight concrete composition capable of imparting concrete not enlarging excessively a modulus of static elasticity after 28 days of hardening, while having super quick hardening property, and having medium flowability without sagging, excellent workability, an inexpensive price and high toughness.SOLUTION: An organic fiber-containing lightweight concrete composition comprises 100 pts.wt cement, 120-210 pts.wt coarse aggregate, 93-255 pts.wt fine aggregate having an absolute dry specific gravity of 2.3 or higher, 12-25 pts.wt inorganic hollow balloon, and 3.2-7.0 pts.wt organic fibers having a length of 18-30 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】超速硬性を有しながら、硬化28日後の静弾性係数が過度に大きくならず、ダレがなく中流動性を有して施工性がよく、安価であり且つ高靭性を有するコンクリートを与える有機繊維含有軽量コンクリート組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】セメント 100重量部、粗骨材 120〜210重量部、絶乾比重2.3以上の細骨材 93〜255重量部、無機中空バルーン 12〜25重量部および長さ18〜30mmの有機繊維 3.2〜7.0重量部からなる有機繊維含有軽量コンクリート組成物。【選択図】なし
