PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin manhole cover having high strength while suppressing use of resin members.SOLUTION: A resin manhole cover comprises a reinforcement rib having a honeycomb structure, on the rear side. As resin, thermoplastic resin is mainly used, and engineering plastic such as polycarbonate, polyamide, and modified polyphenylene ether is used. Ejecting the resin to a mold forms a manhole cover comprising a rib having a honeycomb structure, on the rear side. Thereby, both improvement of load bearing and weight saving are implemented in the resin manhole cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】樹脂部材の使用量を抑えつつ、高強度の樹脂製マンホール蓋を提供する。【解決手段】裏面側にハニカム構造の補強リブを備えた樹脂製マンホール蓋である。樹脂としては、主に熱可塑性樹脂、そのほかにポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、変形ポリフェニレンエーテル等のエンジニアリングプラスチックが用いられる。これらの樹脂を金型に射出することにより、裏面側にハニカム構造のリブを備えたマンホール蓋を成形する。それにより、樹脂製マンホール蓋において、耐荷重性の向上と軽量化を両立させた。【選択図】図２
