PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lock device that can reduce the number of components.SOLUTION: A vehicular lock device 100 includes a base plate 1, a latch 2 for restricting or opening a striker 8, a coil spring 4 for imparting elastic force to the latch 2 in a direction of opening the striker 8, a lock lever 3 engaged with the latch 2 and keeping a state that the latch 2 restricts the striker 8, an engagement release mechanism 5 for releasing engagement of the latch 2 and the lock lever 3, and a torsion spring 7 for generating the energizing force in a direction where the lock lever 3 is engaged with the latch 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
