PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile hole excavation method that enables proper excavation of a continuous pile hole.SOLUTION: A pile hole excavation method includes the steps of: excavating a first pile hole H1; excavating a second pile hole H2 at a distance equivalent to the one pile hole from the first pile hole H1; inserting a guide pipe 10, which does not protrude to an area where a third pile hole H3 excavated between the two pile holes H1 and H2 is formed, into each of the two pile holes H1 and H2; and excavating the third pile hole H3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
