To perform shaft excavation (first position) and enlarged diameter excavation (second position) without being affected by excavated mud.SOLUTION: A spline shaft has a constitution such that an outer drive rod 1 connected to an auger and an inner drive rod 11 including a head main body 20 having a fixed excavation blade 26 constitute a first position 51 and a second contracted position 52, and can be rotated integrally. An excavation arm 30 having a movable excavation blade 32 at its tip is attached to a swing shaft 28 of the head main body 20. One end of a guide member 43 in a direction of a shaft 18 is attached to a support ring 7 rotatably provided on the outer drive rod 1, an operation connecting member 48 is attached to the other end of the guide member 43, and the other end of the operation connecting member 48 is attached to an operating arm 35 of the excavation arm 30 to become an excavation head 50 (a) (b). A shaft part 65 of a pile hole with a diameter D5 can be excavated by the fixed excavation blade 26 in the first position and an enlarged diameter part 66 of the pile hole with a diameter D6 can be excavated by the movable excavation blade 32 in the second position, respectively (b) (d) .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
