PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure for a piping penetration part, which facilitates construction work for the piping penetration part in a building and which can keep the degree of freedom of construction and equipment planning of the building high, and the building.SOLUTION: In an arrangement structure for a piping penetration part in a building of reinforced concrete construction and the like, a plurality of wall areas 4 surrounded by a column 2 and a beam 3 exist, and the piping penetration parts 11-21 are provided in the wall areas 4. The piping penetration parts 11-21 are provided within wall units 6 of the same shape, which are formed by dividing the wall areas 4 in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物における配管貫通部の施工作業を容易なものとし、建物の建築・設備計画上の自由度を高く維持できる配管貫通部の配置構造及び建物を提供すること。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート造などの建物における配管貫通部の配置構造であって、柱２及び梁３によって囲まれる壁領域４が複数存在し、壁領域４に配管貫通部１１〜２１を設ける。配管貫通部１１〜２１は、壁領域４を鉛直方向に分割した同一形状の壁ユニット６内に設けられる。【選択図】図１
