ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE/SOUND ABSORPTION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave/sound absorption panel capable of efficiently absorbing sound over a wide frequency band and also having high absorption capability to electromagnetic wave noise with frequencies of from several hundreds MHz to several GHz.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave/sound absorption panel includes, between a first panel with air permeability to which sound enters and a second panel facing the first panel, a honeycomb structure in contact with the first panel, an electromagnetic wave absorption film in contact with the second panel, and at least one porous corrugated sheet in contact with the honey comb structure, a space being provided between the porous corrugated sheet and the electromagnetic wave absorption film. The porous corrugated sheet has fine through holes of 20-2,500 hole/cmhaving an average diameter of 10-1,000 μm. The electromagnetic wave absorption film has a metal thin film in which many substantially parallel intermittent linear marks having irregular widths at irregular intervals are formed in a plurality of directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 広い周波数帯にわたって効率よく音を吸収できるとともに、数百MHz乃至数GHzの電磁波ノイズに対して高い吸収能を有する電磁波吸収吸音パネルを提供する。【解決手段】 音が入射する通気性を有する第一パネルと、第一パネルに対向する第二パネルとの間に、第一パネルに接するハニカム構造体と、ハニカム構造体に接する少なくとも一枚の多孔質コルゲートシートと、第二パネルに接する電磁波吸収フィルムと、多孔質コルゲートシートと電磁波吸収フィルムとの間の空間が設けられており、多孔質コルゲートシートは10〜1000μmの平均径を有する20〜2500個/cm2の微細貫通孔を有し、電磁波吸収フィルムは不規則な幅及び間隔で実質的に平行な多数の断続的な線状痕が複数方向に形成された金属薄膜を有する電磁波吸収吸音パネル。【選択図】 図1
