CERAMIC PLATE-LIKE BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic plate-like body, upon heating and cooling, particularly, upon rapid heating and rapid cooling, in which a temperature difference is hard to occur between the central region and the peripheral region.SOLUTION: Provided is a ceramic-like body 10 having the part of a plate-like porous body composed of ceramic. The plate-like porous part has a first region 21 with the first pore size viewed from the plane and a second region 22 with a second pore size being the pore size smaller than a first pore size 21. The space between the first region 21 and the second region 22 is further provided with a pore size transition region 23 in which the pore size is reduced from the first region 21 over the second region 22. In the plane view, preferably, the central region and the peripheral region being the region including the peripheral edge of the plate-like body while surrounding the central region are provided, the central region is composed of one or a plurality of the first regions 21, and the peripheral region is composed of the second region 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加熱時及び冷却時に、特に急熱時及び急冷時に中心域と周縁域とで温度差が生じにくいセラミックス板状体を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のセラミックス板状体10は、セラミックスから構成される板状の多孔体の部位を有する。板状の多孔体の部位は、平面視したときに第1の気孔径を有する第1領域21と、第1の気孔径21よりも小さい気孔径である第2の気孔径を有する第2の領域22とを有する。第1領域21と第2領域22との間に、第1領域21から第2領域22にわたって気孔径が減少する気孔径遷移領域23を更に有する。平面視において中央域と、該中央域を囲繞し且つ前記板状体の周縁端を含む領域である周縁域とを有し、前記中央域が1つ又は複数の第1領域21からなり、前記周縁域が第2領域22からなることが好適である。【選択図】図1
