METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC PLATE-LIKE BODY AND CERAMIC PLATE-LIKE BODY

To provide a method for producing a ceramic plate-like body which efficiently produces a ceramic plate-like body having high smoothness without providing a polishing step after burning.SOLUTION: A method for producing a ceramic plate-like body includes: a first step of preparing a non-sintered plate-like body 1s; a second step of preparing a plurality of resin sheets 2g of a resin slurry which is formed of a resin material that is slightly soluble in an organic solvent and is burned down during burning and contains spherical resin powder having a median size of 0.5 μm or more and 10 μm or less; a third step of laminating and pressure-bonding the non-sintered plate-like body 1s and the resin sheet 2g to prepare a non-sintered laminate 10g; a fourth step of burning the non-sintered laminate 10g so that ceramic plate-like bodes obtained by burning the non-sintered plate-like body 1s are bonding to each other through a dispersed fine to produce a ceramic laminate; and a fifth step of breaking the junction in the ceramic laminate so that the ceramic laminate is divided into the plurality of ceramic plate-like bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

【課題】焼成後の研磨工程を備えずに、平滑性の高いセラミック板状体を効率良く製造するセラミック板状体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】未焼結板状体１ｓが準備される第１の工程と、有機溶剤に難溶で焼成時に焼失する樹脂材料からなり、メジアン径が０．５μｍ以上１０μｍ以下の球状の樹脂粉末を含む樹脂スラリーにより複数の樹脂シート２ｇが準備される第２の工程と、未焼結板状体１ｓと樹脂シート２ｇとが積層圧着され未焼結積層体１０ｇが作製される第３の工程と、未焼結板状体１ｓが焼結されてセラミック板状体となり、セラミック板状体同士が散在する微小な接合部を介して接合してなるセラミック積層体となるように未焼結積層体１０ｇが焼成される第４の工程と、セラミック積層体が複数のセラミック板状体に分割されるように、セラミック積層体における接合部が破断される第５の工程とを備えるセラミック板状体の製造方法。【選択図】図３
