PLATE-LIKE BUILDING MATERIAL AND DECORATION METHOD OF PLATE-LIKE BODY RECESSED STRIP PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like building material of not exposing an improper color and a pattern to a recessed strip part, and a decoration method of a plate-like body recessed strip part capable of efficiently preventing the occurrence of a decoration mistake to the recessed strip part, particularly, a mistake of backing treatment.SOLUTION: In a plate-like building material 1, a recessed strip part (a joint groove 13) is formed on a decorative surface of a plate-like body 10, and a surface of the recessed strip part is covered with a decoration layer 21. The plate-like body 10 comprises a base material 11 and a decorative material 12, resin impregnation paper 17 of a lighter color than a color of the base material 11 is arranged between the base material 11 and the decorative material 12, the recessed strip part is formed in the depth up to reaching the base material 11 from a surface of the decorative material 12, and the decoration layer 21 is formed so as to cover the whole surface of a backing hiding layer 22 of hiding at least a cross section of the base material 11 of appearing on side surfaces 13b and 14b in the recessed strip part and a cross section of the resin impregnation paper 17 of appearing on the side surfaces 13b and 14b in the recessed strip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】凹条部に不適切な色や模様が露出していない板状建材、および、凹条部に対する加飾ミス、特に下地処理のミスの発生を効率よく防止できる板状体凹条部の加飾方法を提供する。【解決手段】板状建材１は、板状体１０の化粧面に凹条部（目地溝１３）が形成され、凹条部の表面が加飾層２１で覆われている。板状体１０は、基材１１と化粧材１２を有し、基材１１と化粧材１２との間に基材１１の色よりも淡い色の樹脂含浸紙１７が配され、凹条部は、化粧材１２の表面から基材１１にいたるまでの深さに形成されており、加飾層２１は、凹条部における側面１３ｂ、１４ｂに表れている基材１１の断面をすくなくとも隠した下地隠し層２２の表面全体と、凹条部における側面１３ｂ、１４ｂに表れている樹脂含浸紙１７の断面とを覆うように形成されている。【選択図】図１
