PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like building material capable of improving peel strength of surface layer while improving concealment performance of wood base material.SOLUTION: A plate-like building material 1 is laminated with a resin impregnated paper 12 of 0.2 mm or more in thickness, and the content rate of titanium oxide of 4-10% or less at the surface side of the wood base material 10. Over the surface and the rear face of the wood base material 10, a moisture-proof sheet of having the moisture permeability of 10 g/m2 per 24h or less is laminated. The resin impregnated paper is laminated over the surface of the moisture-proof sheet at the surface side. The specific gravity of the wood base material 10 is 0.73 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木質系基材の隠蔽性を向上させながらも、表層部の剥離強度を向上し得る板状建材を提供する。【解決手段】板状建材１は、木質系基材１０の表面側に、酸化チタンの含有率が４％以上、１０％以下で、厚さが０．２ｍｍ以上の樹脂含浸紙１２が積層される。木質系基材１０の表面及び裏面には、透湿度が１０ｇ／ｍ２・２４ｈ以下の防湿シートが積層され、樹脂含浸紙は、表面側の防湿シートの表面に積層され、木質系基材１０の比重は０．７３以上である。【選択図】図１
