PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user with respect to locking or unlocking of a storage.SOLUTION: A stocker management device 60 unlocks a storage corresponding to an input unlocking code. The stocker management device 60 determines whether or not the input unlocking code is a reception time unlocking code. The stocker management device 60 determines whether or not reception of an article from the unlocked storage 45 has been completed. The stocker management device 60 sustains an unlocking function of the reception time unlocking code until it has been determined that the reception of the article from the unlocked storage 45 has been completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
