PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stocker and a stocker system capable of reliably carrying out a series of delivery processing of a deliverer.SOLUTION: A stocker 40 includes: a delivery storage 41 which accommodates a commodity 17 (baggage) and is locked after closing a door 44; and a control unit 52 that, when an input to open is made after the door 44 is closed before a deliverer 19 has completed the delivery, controls to open the door 44. In the stocker, a baggage carries a delivery certificate attached thereto, which is carried back by the deliverer 19, and the delivery certificate carries an inquiry call number 18 written thereon. The control unit 52 may be configured to notify the deliverer of a message to request for inputting the inquiry call number 18 after the door 44 is closed before the delivery completes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配達者の納品処理をより確実に行う。【解決手段】ストッカ４０は、商品１７（荷物）を収容し扉４４を閉じて施錠可能な納品庫４１と、配達者１９の納品完了前において、扉４４が閉じられたのち、開ける旨の入力がなされたときには扉４４を開放する制御部５２とを備えている。このストッカにおいて、荷物には配達者１９が持ち帰る配達証が貼付されており、配達証には問合せ番号１８が記載されており、制御部５２は、納品完了前において扉４４が閉じられたのち、問合せ番号１８の入力を求める旨配達者へ報知するものとしてもよい。【選択図】図１
