PIPE MATERIAL CONNECTOR AND PIPE MATERIAL MOUNTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe material connector that can be easily mounted in respect to a through-pass hole formed at a member body to be connected and further can connect more positively the pipe material with the member body to be connected under a water stopped state.SOLUTION: A pipe material connector 100 comprises: a connector main body 110 including a connecting part 111 at one end, a cylindrical part 112 cooperatively arranged at the connecting part 111 and extending in an axial direction, a thread part 113 formed at an outer surface of the cylindrical part 112 and a flange part 116 at the other end side of the thread part 113 and protruding outwardly from the cylindrical part 112; a nut body 120 engaged in thread with the thread part 113; a spacer body 130 outwardly inserted into the cylindrical part 112 between the nut body 120 and the flange part 116 and that can be slid to an axial direction of the cylindrical part 112; and a water stopper body 140 that is outwardly inserted into the cylindrical part 112 between the spacer body 130 and the flange part 116 and pressed against the spacer body 130 to perform an axial compression against it and enabling an intermediate part 143 to be bulged out in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】被接続体に穿設された貫通孔に対して容易に設置可能であり、より確実に止水状態で配管材を被接続体に接続することができる配管材接続具を提供する。【解決手段】配管材接続具100は、一端に接続部111、該接続部111に連設されて軸方向に延びる筒状部112、該筒状部112外面に形成された螺子部113、及び、螺子部113の他端側で筒状部112から外方に張り出したフランジ部116を備えた接続具本体110と、螺子部113に螺着されるナット体120と、該ナット体120とフランジ部116との間で筒状部112に外挿され、筒状部112の軸方向にスライド可能なスペーサ体130と、該スペーサ体130とフランジ部116との間で筒状部112に外挿され、スペーサ体130に押圧されることにより、軸方向に圧縮するとともに径方向に中間部143が膨出可能な止水体140と、を備える。【選択図】図1
